Wooldale Methodist Church
A small traditional Methodist Church with about 18 members . Our very fine pipe organ was refurbished (2014) and put back to what it would have been just over a hundred years ago. We also have three very good organists. We are a mature congregation with a very young outlook.
Many organisations use our premises, Guides, Brownies, Rainbows and a thriving youth club. We have a very good Minister in The Rev. Richard Thompson. All are welcome to join us whatever age. Tuesday: Brownies 6pm; Guides 7.30pm; Wednesday: Bible study (1st Wednesdays) 2.00pm Wednesday: Womens meeting - 3rd Wednesday 2.45pm Thursday: Rainbows 5.30pm; Thursday club (6-11 yr old) 6.45pm Friday: Coffee and fellowship 10.30am Our Hall is available for hire to many organisations and users for the sum of £30 per hiring. |
