Sue Taylor - Minister
I am Probationer Minister with Bradley, Fartown and Lindley Methodist Churches. I joined the Circuit in September 2019 after completing my theological training at the Queens Foundation in Birmingham which is an ecumenical college. I value working with colleagues from all churches and other faith backgrounds.
Prior to doing my ministerial training I worked as a Social Worker and Social Worker Manager for over 30 years in both Kirklees and Calderdale so I know the area well and have both a great deal of life experience and experience of working alongside people from all backgrounds. As a minister I feel my role is to journey alongside people from birth to death celebrating and supporting people through different stages of life. I particularly enjoy hearing people’s stories of their lives and their journeys of faith. I have a number of hobbies. I enjoy swimming, open air swimming if possible, knitting and other craft activities, going to the cinema and reading crime novels. |
